DGSI

The DGSI (Direction Générale de la Sécurité Intérieure), previously known as the DCRI, is the French internal intelligence agency. It is in particular responsible for fighting terrorism in France. It comes under the wing of the ministry of interior. It gathers what used to be France’s general intelligence services, RG (Renseignements Généraux) and the DST (Direction de la Surveillance du Territoire).
