Former Parrot consultant in Ukraine remanded in custody ahead of extortion trial

Nicolas Yahmi, a former military volunteer in Ukraine and ex-consultant for French drone manufacturer Parrot, appeared in court in Paris on 28 August, two days after he was arrested in France. He is accused of threatening and attempting to extort money from employees and the company's director.
